| The stated mission of Sacramento Water Polo is as follows: (1) To improve the quality of water polo throughout the Sacramento Area. (2) To provide opportunities for athletes of all ages and abilities to improve and develop their individual and team skills. (3) To provide opportunities for athletes of all ages to try out for national programs through year-round training. (4) To place athletes on USA WP National Teams. (5) To place athletes in collegiate programs. (6) To annually compete in the USA Water Polo National Junior Olympic Championship Tournament. (7) Finally; beyond water polo skills, the program will strive to instill discipline, teamwork, commitment, and confidence in our athletes. |
