Athletes should bring a snack / drink. They will NOT be in the water for three consecutive hours.

We will host a few mini-tournaments at Sierra College. They will be held on Sunday(s) during the same time as our regularly scheduled practice times - - we may go a little later depending upon the number of teams we are hosting on a given Sunday.

Session Fee: $200.00

Step #2) Must be done online through the Sierra College Community Education website at www.sccommed.org Click on Courses. Under Kids Activities click on Aquatics. Scroll down for the water polo information. If it says that the class is CLOSED, simply come to the Sierra College pool deck during practice and we will do on-deck registration.

All athletes must register with USA WP and prove current membership. Register online at www.usawaterpolo.org - Select Sacramento Water Polo (Club #630).
